Travel Tips Hi, There is chance of rain any month here in Puerto Rico but more so between April - Nov. Usually if it does rain, it is a heavy burst and then it's over. Recently (last week or so) we have had prolonged days with rain. This site shows the average temp / rain for the year by month. http://welcome.topuertorico.org/referenc... Hurricane season is June - Nov, but there is probably more chance of getting a hurricane in Florida or the Gulf Coast than here. That said, no one can predict if there will be a hurricane in August (at this point in time). If you want to come here, I would not let hurricane season put you off. Take out travel insurance (that covers cancellation due to hurricanes) if you are really concerned.
