I didn't know the dates you want to travel otherwise it might be more or less. You can go to www.orbitz.com & click flexible dates & put a trip for "amount of days" you want to go. Your looking at closer to 500 for a decent fare. travel agent San Diego to San Juan for less than $200? I very much doubt it. The best I could get on www.kayak.com was $469. You could try somewhere like www.priceline.com where you can bid on the price (you enter how much you want to pay and priceline tries to see if there are any flight available).
