Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve?

I reserved once on the web and called the reserve's number twice and left a message each time. Still, they did not contact me back. How do I know if they received my reservation? I do not want to visit the reserve expecting a tour and find out that they did not receive my reservation.

Did anyone have a similar problem??
