Where is the airport and the ship port in jan juan p.r.? and where could i stay for one evening .........? |
Travel Info ...........that is located nearby the cruise port????? Travel Tips If you are going on a cruise, you are better off staying in the Old San Juan Area. There is nice hotel the Sheraton Old San Juan, which is across the street from the piers, and you can go to the old city just walking. There are tons of things to see during the day and at night (Hard Rock Cafe is close to this hotel) . YOu can also take a ferry boat across the bay to visit the Bacardi Factory (it's very close by ferry, not by car!), and I believe you get the ferry also across the street from the Sheraton. Other nice hotels in the Condado area (Ashford Ave area) are the Caribe Hilton, The Radisson Normandy, the Marriott. There are also some inns like the Canario Inn in this area. It's very touristy, nice for an evening stroll without getting lost. The piers are far (time wise because of traffic- it could take you about 20 mins to get there if there is not traffic jam!) from the airport. If I were you and want to explore, I would stay in Old San Juan, or around Ashford Avenue. If you want to stay close to the airport, then definitely stay in Isla Verde. Others From SJ to the airport there are less than 5 miles. You could stay at Isla Verde where you can find from guest houses to 5 stars hotels.
