I'm going to Puerto Rico and I need a good hotel chain.

Hiltons are right up there too, if you can excuse the poor example that Paris Hilton exhibits for humanity. 'Course, she's not the only one...

Others
The Four Seasons is the best as far as I am concerned. Hyatt probably comes next, then perhaps Westin.

In Puerto Rico, the Westins have several nice properties, but personally, I'm a big fan of the Intercontinentals. They are slightly easier on the wallet, and a little more laid back. I always feel underdressed at the Westins, especially the El San Juan in Isla Verde.
Many, many visits to the island.
