I agree with the other guy - if you are flying there from USA - then no passport is needed (but bring ID for boarding your flight - like a drivers license etc.). If you arrive there from another country then YES. It is like a US State, uses US currency, US post office etc.

No...It's like visiting others states in the US. US dollar, US Postal Service...etc. Credit/Debit cards are accepted everywhere. Only warning is the driving...it's CRAZY!
