Any of the hotels in Isla Verde are right beside the airport. I would recommend the Intercontinental. But the three big hotels in the area that have Casino's are InterContinental, El San Juan and Ritz Carleton. I've attached the trip advisor link on the bottom. Its got its own access to the beach as well.

The 5 star hotel...The Old San Juan and Casino is 5 minutes from the airport...Embassy Suites ..3 minuts from the airport...
Embassy Suites. Close to airport w/ casino and minutes from the beach. Caribe Hilton is in front of the beach w/ casino but farther from airport. Also check Diamond Palace Hotel and Casino; its
$$$ but good.
