Others Buying property in Puerto Rico is a risky proposition at best. Have you done your home work regarding crime and property values? Give it a good thought! There are so many places in the Caribbean less risky... I have no experience of buying property here in Puerto Rico, but some places to check would be craiglist and clasificadosonline. Beach property is going to be expensive, but I believe that the price of houses has been going up steadily over the past few years.
