You should be doing your own homework. Help or tutoring is good but you won't learn by asking people to do it for you. I teach a second language so I should know. Students do this all the time but in the test "extra help" won't be there.
I agree asking for Help is One thing..doing your Homework is Not going to Help You Learn...
