How clear is the water in Puerta Vallarta for snorkling in the bay area?

Going on 1st trip to Mexico and love to snorkle and wanted to know how clear the water is. Thanks

very clear, if you go to punta mita its really nice. I was amazed by the clarity and color (blue) of the water

Others
all the beaches in Nayarit ,Sinaloa are clear,they are not like the beaches here
