Yeah know, I'm there every year and I'll be darned if I've ever seen anyone hanging from poles around the Malecon. I don''t spend a lot of time in PV but you've got me stumped on this one. There is a store right near the Malecon that has some Huichol Indians doing wax and bead work for sale but not poles hanging. Lots of vender's selling mini para sail toys by the sculptures.
