What is the nightlife like in Puerto Vallarta? |
Travel Info I am going to Puerto Vallarta in 6 weeks and am not sure what to pack. I live in Chicago so I am used to getting "dolled up" to go out. lol I hear that it is more laid back there so bringing "dressy" clothes there to go out in in the evening isn't neccessary. Travel Tips you can dress what every way you wish... Nobody mentioned the Boardwalk. It extends from Hotel Rosita South for maybe 2 miles and at night there are street entertainers and such. Ocean viewing bars. There is lots to do and I in vie you wished I was booked to to myself... You can go to where the made one of Arnold Schwartineggers Movies. See Liz Taylors home from many years ago. Demi and bruce willis home when they had one. And you will see the one hotel with a restruant that sticks out in the skyline. forget the name but it is fun to eat there at sun down... "El Panarama" Others Is the best nightlife you can experience. Be sure to visit the Hilo place, and the Carlos O'brian. Drink beer, not a cheap tequila they give to gringos. The nightlife is fabulous. You can get dressed up for some of the discos, but you never have to dress for anything but a formal dinner party. You can wear comfortable clothes, but if you are lookining to find someone special for a couple of hours, don't forget to look good. There are many places along the malecon, the boardwalk downtown, and places in the Hotel zone, and at the marina. The Old Town, or Romantic zone is full of bars and restaurnants, but many of them have old farts like me. Still, everyone is there for fun, so enjoy. The place that you should go in Puerto Vallartais the Malecon because you can visit Carlos obrian's, The "Zoo"(bar), Hilo, Janitzio, The Zone. Most of Puerto Vallarta is really causal. The bars right off the Malecon are the best place night life. a good site to start is http://www.puertovallarta.ne OMG!! If you like to dress up and go to big clubs and dance your butt off...PLEASE go to Christine!! Club Christine is huge and you will love it...gauranteed! |
