What are some things to do in Puerto Vallarta? |
Travel Info 3 single females are going in June and any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, any safety tips you might have would be helpful too. Travel Tips -The Canopy tour is fun if you're not scared of heights -You can also take a cruise that will take you along the coast while you tan, sip on your drink, and watch the dolphins race with the waves of the boat, one cruise offers a visit to a village and you walk to a waterfall, then swim in the water there -Horseback riding is fun in puerto vallarta because the top of the hills provides a spectacular view You get a better deal on the adventures if you go with one of the guys on the street instead of your hotel, but make sure they seem and act professionally so you don't get ripped off. -You can also wonder around the streets and enjoy the local art -Go to the market for some good deals -There's also a club called "Christine's" that has a foam party Have fun! It's a great city with so much variety. Others Beach, swimming, tanning, reading. see all the sights, take lots of pictures, get reminders of your trip, lay on the beach and relax and most of all dont get sunburned. get eaten by sharks after you dive off a cliff like those cliff divers Go to the Downtown they have a boardwalk along the waterfront for a couple miles with lots of shops and places to eat. Also Street entertainment day and night. At night there is a pirates ship that shoots off fireworks you can watch. Take a city tour which takes you past Liz Taylor's old place then a Tequila place ending at the set of the movie Predator where Arnold Schwarzenegger's made that movie. Of course there is a long beach. Para sailing. Jet skies. Fishing. Bull fighting. Lots of drinking if your into it. Taxi's are cheap and so is the bus. Have fun... There are lots of things to do and to fit any likes, I love Puerto Vallarta, there are many plces for a beer, or you may just have fun on the Malecon untill you start feeling it's not that croud, then get some were would be better. Lots of outdoors neerby, friendly people; but don't confuse friendly with people trying to sell you something. The best resourse for thing to do are: 1st lonly planet, 2nd the tourist office or 3rd the reception at the hotel you chose. Have fun!!! There are a bunch of awesome things to do, such as canopy, horseback riding,Sunset sailing(so nice), pirate ship day or night(they have fireworks for this one), snorkel,tequila tours, Mexican Fiesta,one of my favorites is rhythms of the night and royal swim with the dolphins! |
