Has any one driven to Puerto Vallarta Mexico from Texas? |
Travel Info I am planing on driving to Puerto Vallart and leaving from Laredo Texas. Has any one made this trip and if so, How was it ? What should I expect? Any Tips Travel Tips Hello. You can drive safely. But it's a 20 hours travelling trip. The mayor problems... drive slowly in monterrey (they are really strict on this issue) and try to stay in hotels in the cities not so populated. Guadalajara and monterrey are more expensive places. Good luck Source(s): Travelling salesman in Mexico Other Travel Tips yes.. its a 20hrs travel.. but interesting if you want to know some citys in mexico. if you come from laredo, you can go to monterrey.. its a short trip.. then you take the road 57, this way drive to san luis potosi, you can sleep here... its a medium size city , secure and nice city.... then.. you go to guadalajara city... its another road.. but in san luis potosi have the signs to dont lost if you arrive to gudalajara city, take the lazaro cardenas street, this way go to the vallarta exit.. all its easy from here.. nice trip.. 20 hours, dont drive while tired. I also recomend you visit Bucerias there is a a restaurant called Los Helechos, great food there. I think it's on the street Benito Juarez. Have a safe trip. |
