Travel Info Which is the best hotel in Puerto Vallarta and Cancun Mexico? Travel Tips Well I like the hotels in Nuevo Vallarta better like the Vallarta Palace and In Cancun, I have many fav's the Golden Parnassus, The Riu, The Royal Solaris.........they are constantly adding more and more hotels and renovating that I don't usually go to the same one anymore, I like to try different ones. =) Others Puerta Vallarta- Melia Puerta Vallarta Cancun- Blue Bay Getaway and Spa www.ytb.com/awitravel "Book Travel" what do you consider the "best?" best for the money? most luxurious? i just returned from a week stay at Los Arcos (hotel and junior suits, there are three, the one i stayed at had 'junior suits' in the title.) it was VERY cool because the hotel is cheap (70/night) and colonial, but it's partner hotels are "resortish" with all the amenities and services. so basically i stayed in a very modest room (with an REALLY cute and clean rooftop pool) and got the treatment i would receive in a luxury hotel. you walk right across the street and you can use the restaurant, pool, beach, etc... of the resort hotel, it was awesome!! the service was fantastic, the food was good, the beach quality was the best by FAR in vallarta. my boyfriend and i walked the entire length of the beach...from downtown all the way through ALL of the resorts (took us a LONG time) and we had the best beach of any hotel. i'm not much for hotel rooms, (why would you go to vallarta and stay in the room the whole time) so i didn't mind the modest room with no real view. that's because i was out enjoying the beach, the great section of town, and all the drinks....which i could afford since i didn't pay 150 a night for some overated resort hotel. if you look online you can find the hotel. the pictures are very accurate. as for cancun, don't know, sorry! Riu in Cancun is absolutely great!!! Great nightly entertainment, next to great shops, great food, and drinks, just awesome.... for best rates: www.travelgetaways4less.com Travel Getaways 4 Less For an all inclusive I would suggest the Wyndam in Puerto Vallarta, plus you are able to enjoy the ammenities in the sister hotel just down the road!! Very clean and nice hotel! |
