Travel Tips There is alot of things to do there, when I went we rented a jeep and went driving and horseback riding in an off beat town, it was great , but you can book Jungle Buggies, Safari's , Canopy Tours, Swim with the dolphins, Snorkeling, Bay Cruises and so much more, shopping downtown is great, and they have a great Night life, for more info on tours visit http://www.puertovallartatours.com... they have discounted rates below the retail that you will get from your hotel / tour companies there. Good luck and have fun =) Others Whale watching is excellent if you are going soon. Check out the Sierra Madre tour, all day but very good. Go to Pipi,s restaurant in downtown PV. An absolute must is HAVE FUN! us I agree, you must do the sierra madre trip. if you want something romantic, check out the small ship that serves a romantic dinner and takes out to the sea... may i recommend a very, very nice place to stay? my husband and I have been going there for the last three years due to the fact that EVERYTHING is perfect. small hotel, no kids running around, no loud speakers. you are treated as a queen/king. check it out. it is called Villas Premier. It is located four blocks from downtown. We always do all inclusive since we go there to relax. We drink and eat there and occasionally go out to eat. Stop by "la Bodeguita del medio" is a Cuban place, and the "mojitos" are excellent!! go to senor frogs! it is a must! and downtown there is a restaurant called Pipi's, you defineately need to go there, no joke, great atmosphere and food, it was my favorite restaurant! |
