Does Bucerias still have excellent roadside BBQ Chicken? |
Travel Info That chicken I ate almost daily from the side of the highway in Bucerias around 5 years ago is the best chicken I have ever ate in my life. I don't know if it was because of the fresh slaughter, the tasty marinade & spices, or just a perfect slow cooking process with all the perfect charcoal? Whatever those fine people did, they created the best BBQ ever I have ate. The salsas where truly some of the tastiest I had throughout Mexico, and the tortillas were fantastic. All that for a great price. Does anyone else have similar thoughts??? Travel Tips Bucerias has grown a lot in 5 years. I do remember a couple of places along the highway that sell grilled and rotisserie chicken when I drove thru a few months ago We have a very good one on the highway here in Melaque south of Vallarta.
