Ok, I just watched Tourista for the first time. How am I supposed to go the Dominican Republic and not worry about someone snatching my organs!! LOL

So,don't go.

Go to Harlem, Queens in NY, or Detroit... very safe places in the USA. HA,ha,ha!!!

Just be careful and use your head. Use common sense and you will be fine. You could be drugged in any place around the world...even in the city you live in.
