I was there in December 2006 and it was around $18 for the taxi - one way.

i am going to say around five dollars. i get this from when we stayed at golden crown resort last year. whenever we went downtown by taxi which was like a 15 minute drive we only had to pay five dollars. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask how much before you get into the taxi!!!!! some will charge you way to much when they shouldn't!!! our travel rep at the hotel preached about it several times.
