Playa Royale Condo in Puerto Vallarta?

Hi,
We are planning to visit PV in the next couple of months and thinking to rent condo. I looked some sites (like vbbo.com) and it seems there are nice condos in Playa Royale in Paradise Village.
I will appreciate any feedback on Playa Royale like location, facilities, beach etc.
