Is dsl available in Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas?

I am a web designer considering a move to the Puerto Vallarta area (within 20 minutes of the city) and I will need a place with DSL. Does anyone know if this is available in the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta?

Yes, if You have phone at Your new home, DSL will be available. This depends a little on the telefon company, because not all cover all areas.
Here in Vallarta most people use either Telmex, with the prodigy package ( DSL ) or CosmoRed ( CABLE ). ( I use that because its cheaper 40 Bucks including 75 TV-channels.).
WARNING: There is one mayor problem: Many packages include very bad UPLOAD speed, as You are a designer this could be very important for You. Before choosing the company You should check it out exactly.
