Do you want to go to the U.K. as a tourist , or immigrate to the U.K?. You need to go to the British Embassy website for your country, or to the British Embassy in your country to get information on applying for a visa. Then look under "visas" or "consular services" on the website. or, you can get the address or email address of the Embassy and contact them about a visa.
The procedure to admission to foreign universities should be started atleast a year before. you need to appear for IELTS, and GRE or GMAT depending upon ur course.also apply for scholarships before hand as education abroad is really expensive.all the best.

there are many alternatives...asuming you have a valid passport...coz u'll need it as id for these exams...if you dont have it ...go to passport office near symbiosis and fill in the form with the required details its pretty easy you can also use this link for some info...passport.nic.in/

step 2 : apply for admissions...you can either go to any go to any good agency in pune there are lots so be careful to enquire before you go ...or you can also go directly to the university website and download a form...admissions begin around october and mid summer for the corresponding sem the next year so dont be late start early...
Step 3 : once you get an admission gfor a visa...now thats explained well in the previous answer so i wont repeat it...
