Have you stayed at Hotel Port Royal Suites in Quebec city? Looking for feedback!?

We are going for a little vacation and I was wondering if anyone has stayed here and what they thought of the hotel and the area. Is it within walking distance of attractions?
We have a decent rate for them and we have small children so the kitchenettes are a great feature.
I'd appreciate any feedback.

Travel Tips

I haven't stayed there, but it was one of the hotels I looked into for my recent trip there, so I can speak about the location - it's just outside the Old City in Lower Town. The one issue with that location is that everything you want to see is uphill from there, and the hills are quite steep in the city.
