I received an e-mail that the Omni Hotel in Quebec is in need of applicants.I sent money to them.Is this true? |
Travel Info They are saying that the plane ticket and the hotel accomodation is for free wherein after 3 years you could file for immigrant visa. They are using the names of Rose Grand, Kristine Middleton, Dr. John Brown and Dr. Philip Jackson. Please notify the readers if this is only a scam. Save those people who would be victims from this. Would any hotel actually send out e-mails to people they don;t know like this ? Check out the Hotels website and e-mail them directly etc. http://www.omnihotels.com/findahotel/mon... Contact their head office and maybe another location to check out the story but I realy think it is just a scam. I don't think any real offer would be as good as this . Please take care and if you do want to move to Quebec contact the immigration authorities (Canada/Quebec) where you live Good Luck ! Others never never never send money to anyone who asks you for money by post or e mail. for any reason. if it sound too good then it is too good. this is almost certainly a scam. why would they write to you, how do they know you want to go there why would they ask money from you. a real offer would be asking you to buy your own ticket This is a SCAM! Since when do you need to pay someone money to get a job! Besides, unless your truely talented in a special field no one offers you a job. Most certainly a SCAM-you have not mentioned whether you applied for employment or what kind of employment you have been offered. Can you elaborate on this please. |
