Yes, there are a few Chinese restaurants in Quebec City, ones which spring to mind are Wok n Roll, which is situated in the former Chinatown near the bus station, and the Chinese buffet located in Place Laurier mall in Ste. Foy. However, there are not that many Chinese restaurants in the city (no more than about 20 at most), so you might consider making a trip to the Chinatown in Montreal instead.
