Next time you apply (6 months would be a good time) make sure you have other documents, additional visa, additional funds etc. to negate the reason why they failed to give you a visa. Other Travel Tips too bad you cant go work in Hong Kong first and then apply from there to Canada....it is much faster and the Embassy is not so corrupt as in Manila.
