Good gay bars in Montreal?

Anyone suggest any good gay leather or bear bars in Montreal?

Montreal has one of the biggest gay communities in all of North America, and "Le Village" is said to be the largest size "gay ghetto" anywhere. There are bars, restaurants, cafes and more. Unlike the US, the bars in Canada allow go-go boys to go nude, so you'll see lots of stripper bars there including Stock Bar, Campus, Adonis and more.

As far as other bars, it depends on what you are into. Dance clubs are Club Unity & the Sky complex, and there are great leather/bear bars too. I found them all listed on GayCities ( http://montreal.gaycities.com/ ) organized by type with some reviews. Source(s): http://montreal.gaycities.com/

Where the hell are you from? Montreal not only has good gay bars, it has a whole redeveloped commercial area (called, appropriately, Gay Village) of gay bars, restaurants, cafes, [legal] sex clubs and other (non-sexual) entertainment enterprises, off rue Ontario in the east side. There's even wedding chapels there. Montreal's gay community is larger and even more involved with the city than is San Fran's, but none of it is "in-one's-face."
