My fiancee and I are moving to Kangirsuk Quebec where she will be teaching.We have a new vehicle and was wondering if we can drive there from Mistissini Quebec.

I believe not!

The distance is about 677 miles and there are no good roads... however... if your new vehicle is a great SUV/Jeep... then your answer is... You might be able to get there!!! :)

I'm kidding... but... I do not believe you're able to get there by car!!!
