Is Mr. John Brown, director of immigration canada? |
Travel Info Mrs. rose grand, the hotel manager of omni montreal royal in canada sent an email that their hotel needs additonal workers so i am interested that's why i sent back and after i completed my requirements she sent me a processing form for visa and after fill the form forward it to the immigration bureau canada. i've done my part so the immigration of canada sent back that they need the clearance letter from the immigration lawyer and the clearance was charge to the candidate. i just want to ensure if it is a legal? hoping for the truth.... Travel Tips Sorry, but this is a scam. I hope you didn't send them any money. You can read more about it at the link below. Source(s): http://www.penpalpost.com/articles/email... (see The "Job Recruitment/Work in a Hotel" Scam) Other Travel Tips I don't think so.....pretty sure it's Alice Daghavarian (I'm not sure if she's the acting director or not though...there are many different "director"'s of different sections of the immigration system. The "Minister of Citizenship and Immigration" is Monte Solberg http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/... I never heard of the CIC asking for a letter from an immigration lawyer. If I would be in your place, I would double check things, this smells fishy to me. I would recommend you to call CIC at 1 888 242-2100 if you are in Canada, if you are abroad than call the nearest Canadian embassy. Good luck! |
