Which is the proper (official) abbrev. for Quebec when sending mail: PQ or QC? |

"PQ" went out about 25 years ago as politically incorrect with the first Parti Quebecois government, replaced by "QC", although we receive mail from the States or Europe from time to time addressing as "Que."
