A glass beer (it's a special beer from D眉sseldorf that we call "Altbier" - it's light dark) will cost about 2.50 Euros, but you get 50 Cents back when returning the glass. A meal... well... depends what kind of... A so called snack (Bratwurst: 2.50 Euro each, French fries 2 Euros a portion), or a mushroom plate with garlic (3.50 Euros) or pancakes (1.50 Euros each) or a steak (a small one for 4 Euros). If you ask me, try a "Bratwurstschnecke", which is a 1.50 meter long Bratwurst, rolled together. The Christmas market in D眉sseldorf is in the "Altstadt", means Old city, and you will find hundreds of pubs and restaurants there anyway.
