What do you think of brazil? |
Travel Info I'd wanna know what you think of Brazil... Travel Tips It depends really on what part?, the culture or the country, personally i love it that much we are moving there from Britain. The people are great, open and friendly (even though ill always be a gringo to them). The country itself has everything the beaches in Bahia,Natal or Buzious or try Angra or Ilha Grande nr Rio.Rio itself is amazing such a beautiful city with a nightlife that will even get an old fart like me dancing!,Sao Paulo is fascinating place if only for the sheer size and pace (and an interesting landing!, skyscrapers either side of the plane as you land!) If you are thinking of going all "Steve Irwin" start out from Manaus and use one of the hundreds of guides who will take you off "on safari",these guys try to find the scariest beasties just to freak the tourists,or tour the Pantanal, that is an impressive place!. Me personally,Im going there to live in the coolest place ive found on my travels a town called "Alto Paraiso" 2hrs from Brasilia in the Cerrado (like african savannah),a town full of misfits, hippys, doctors, teachers and travellers who all seem to have sort of drifted there LOL... Source(s): I guess my opinion is a bit biased as I married a Brasilian. Other Travel Tips They sure know how to wax a lady garden I have never been there but I have seen travel programmes on it. Its got a dance vibe to it hence the big Rio carnival. I'm aware its near the amazon and its got a great beach and night life. However there is also a lot of poverty and gun crime. Brazil is a fantastic place for a holiday. If you like the beach you can't go wrong going to Angras do Reis or Florianopolis. For the rest, Rio is worth a visit to go up the sugarloaf mountain and see the beautiful girls on the beach. Sao Paulo is another must see as is Blumenau. If you don't like too much heat I wouldn't go in January or February. Enjoy a caipirinha coctail while you're there! Well Brasil is quite different from Europe certainly. Its the fourth largest country in the world. Its the home of the rainforest and the most diverse wildlife on earth. Sao Paulo is a city of 22 million people and takes half an hour to fly over. Rio is exciting and dangerous. There are extremes of poverty and wealth. Corruption is endemic and generally people live on their wits. The brasilian girls are wired up differently, their ideal mate is usually a blond, blue eyed european guy about 20 years or more older. The climate can be incredibly hot, incredibly wet and in some parts incredibly cold. The people are passionate about most things and usually very open and friendly. Most things cost about 30% of UK prices. Just go and find out for yourself! i wanna go there! seems like an awesome country! |
