Travel Info Looking for something "all inclusive." Travel Tips Hi there There is no Mardi Gras in Rio. There is no Mardi Gras in Brazil either... Don't you mean carnival? If you want to go there for Carnival, you will not get good deals because it is one of the busiest seasons, it's summertime and you and the rest of the world want to go to Rio for the Carnival. Anyway, the best places to stay there are the Club Med and the Copacabana Palace Hotel. Others I don't know about Rio, but you really should come to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. Talk about a party!
