The scene with the Christ statue, and also some shots in Morro Dona Marta, which is a "favela". Most of the video was shot in Pelourinho, in Salvador, Bahia, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. I know the 1st shots of the video are in Rio with the Christ Statue.. but the rest of the video where he is in the street with everyone in the background with the drums.. is in Salvador, Bahia.. no where near Rio.. its a few states North. a good 2 or 3 hour plane ride http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/im...
