What do I do if my grandparents where denied their visas to come to the US?

i know people who cannot get visa for many years... i don't think there is anything you can do
there's nothing you can really do.... this happens more and more often these days - Russians are denied visas to the US... the most persistant ones keep applying again and again and some actually eventually succeed. It's pure luck.
Try to find out what are the reasons. Then do what they ask you to do. It might be prove that your grandparent are going to be back. May be you need to show the documents that they have the apartment, maybe (if they still work) something that shows it, etc..
