Not enough to be Russian.
I think it's not enough to be russian, but u need to know that one half of your blood is Russian blood!
what about your dad? well, I guess you aren't a full russian because your grandma was half russian already, so you still have russian blood in your family.. I mean, I am a full russian right now, but I know that if I will marry an american person, my children would be half russian, and their children.. would be Americans.. UNLESS, they will ONLY talk in Russian with their mom and dad.. which is going to be hard.
