What is a IP in a email? |
Travel Info What is a IP in a email? Travel Tips A Computer works on zero's and one's. You take this and convert them into what is called binary codes. Then you take these binary codes and work them into numbers which is called simply a protocol. Then you take that protocol and assign it to what ever will be the orginal sender or ISP Server, mail servers...ect For instance your computer is assigned an IP like 168.123.2.3 that remains with you that will not change. Pop.mail.net will all come through your server IP. Others IP is short for Internet Protocol, which is kind of the "language" the computers use to communicate with each other on the internet. |
