Can anyone help me find a cheap room in the south of Moscow? |
Travel Info I need a room for 3 months. From mid June to mid Sept. I have tried and I''m still trying with flatmates.ru but with no luck yet. Any other ideas? Willing to pay $200-$400 a month. Travel Tips My family lives in the South of Moscow and I could ask them. Depends if you want a 1-bedroom apartment or just lease a room from someone. There are a lot of Russians who will rent you a space for the money you are willing to spend, so if you want e-mail me at zomba_fett@yahoo.com. Others There's no way to rent any apartment for this price. I use to live in Moscow for 32 years and your sound is really funny. My brother tried to find an apartment in the south of M. for 500$ one year ago and he couldn't. It's really difficult, especially for foreigner. You can find a room in apartment. It is possible - I rent a one room flat in Moscow for $300 a month - this was privatly rented, if you go through an agency the prices will be much much higher and they will charge a wopping fee as well. Your best bet is to find someone on the ground (or when you are there) and get them to check the local ds in Russian language papers. |
