Dining in St. Petersburg?

Travel Info
I will be visiting St. Petersburg (Russia) for 2 weeks (end of May/beginning of June). I would like to try some of local venues not commonly frequented by tourists. Any suggestions?

Try to visit "Flagman restaurant" - it's very beautiful restaurant situate on a big ship near by "Aurora"!
