I have been to Belgorod twice and it is difficult to find a flight to Belgorod. I had to book mine two or three months in advance. There is a train that goes to Belgorod everyday that takes about 10 hours to get there. People from the US do not need a visa to enter the Ukraine just there pass port will be sufficient.
