ADSL/high speed internet in Minsk Belarus? |
Travel Info Is it available there, especially downtown. Travel Tips I live in Minsk for years. They have ADSL in the big hotels at an extra charge. You can get high-speed internet installed in your apartment via a company called NTVplus or KomosTV ( go to ntbplus.ru) it is a sat dish set-up. You can get sat-tv and internet as a bundle, it covers a wide area including downtown.
