What would you like to know about Saint-Petersburg, Russia? |
Travel Info I'm going to start a blog about this beautiful city and need some tips! Travel Tips 1. Its history, from early days to present, including the Soviet period when it was known as Leningrad. 2. Weather patterns, especially during the long Russian winters. 3. Accessibility. How best to get there, and what to see once there. Also, good day trips, and what else to see that is reasonably easy to travel to. 4. Restaurants, hotels, night life, how to get around the city, and other amenities for tourists. 5. Safety issues. How safe a city is it? Crime problems? How to avoid being robbed or worse, and how to contact police in an emergency. In other words, pretty much what I'd ask if I were visiting any other major world city. Love to go there some day. For LEELU,SO RUSSIAN MAFIA IS LIVE ONLY IN NY,USA....BUT RUSSIA HAVE NO MAFIA,LIKE IT HAVE ITALIa...In Russia just crime like in Germany...SO AND CRIMERS FROM ST-PETERBURG IS MORE EDUCATED THEN ALL OVER THE WORLD ANOTHER CRIMERS.....SO THEY KNOW,THAT THEY CAN STEAL THINGS ONLY IN MOSCOW.....PETERBURG IS CAPITOL OF CULTURE...SO HOW MUCH POWER HAS MATVIENKO? I would like to know about the alternative nightlife in Petersburg, where young Russians go out, cheap restaurants and things to do that aren't in the normal guidebooks. Is saint-peterburys very beautiful,can I cross from there to Finland with my passport.or most I take are visa,and why ,will I take a visa to a country just beside mind? |
