It's pretty small so I can't be sure, but here's what I see:
"袦邪褎懈褟 斜械褋褋屑械褉褌薪邪" - "The mafia is immortal""The mafia is immortal." or "Maphiya bessmertna"or "袦邪褎懈褟 斜械褋褋屑械褉褌薪邪"
I can see just the word MAFIA but I can't read the other word,it's to small for my eyes!
袦邪褎懈褬邪 褬械 斜械褋屑褉褌薪邪!
That is how we say it on Serbian!
