Travel Info I'm hoping to just turn up, I understand it's feasible and cheaper as I'm not making a direct journey but stopping 4-5 times in Russia and Mongolia...... Cheers...! Travel Tips I'd book your initial leg of the journey to make sure you can start...then you can play it by ear as you travel along. You can also ask at the train station or one of the conductors what is recommended for the rest of the journey. I know friends who did this about 7-8 years ago and they didn't really have reservations and didn't have problems but that might be a popular time of year for tourists. Others With me I would book ahead of time. So then you can make sure that you will have a seat. Have fun on your trip. |
