Personally, as a blond beast, I love darker-skinned women. I know many well-educated Indian and Korean women, and I'd say that their attitude is much better than of American or Canadian women.

I am not Russian, but I know that most of Russian people are racist towards non-slavic people...Everyday in Russia, there are violent attacks against foreigners, Georgians,Azeris,Armenians, Arabs, Africans,etc...

We do not have anything against Indian and Pakistani girls, as long as they stay out of countries of European heritage. Otherwise, the sentiment is fairly negative, although not as negative as towards Indian or Pakistani guys. At any rate, the chances that a woman would be physically assaulted are fairly low.

Oh, and the previous poster is correct, except that 'non-Slavic' should be broadened to 'non-white'.

Most Russian guys prefer to marry Russian women. Some might get interested in exotic women, but the cultures are very different that no relationship will be successful. Intercultural marriages don't work. Anywhere.
I am not a Russian guy but I will say this: something "exotic" is both hated and loved in Russia. I have met Russian guys (here in the U.S.) who have dated black, desi or hispanic girls, being verry happy with them. Few married those "exotic" women though...Not sure the reasons, but it can be due to stigma attached to mixed children, and could also be due to disapproval of the family. Russian women are much more brave when it comes to dating/marrying foreigners (non-white foreigners precisely).

I mean let's be honest: Russian women are stigmatized all over the place by men of other nationalities. So why be surprised if Russian men stigmatize non-Russian women? I would have to disagree with one previous poster than inter-cultural marriages never work (they do, I have seen many happy ones, may God bless those unions), yet I would not be so sure as to how eagerly would a Russian men marry a non-Russian woman. Especially if he is a Russian Orthodox and she is not. There are so many beautiful Russian women who have lost faith in ever finding "the one" on our soil (shortage of men) that they have to post their pictures on numerous sites to get noticed by foreign candidates, so why would the nation (I am being sarcastic here) let go of healthy Russian males and let them slip into hands of a desi girl?
