Here's the result of my little "private investigation"... :)

This town is real, I've even found its site:

There IS the Lenin street there...but I agree with Katya-Zelen's - there should be the number of the flat in the address. However, the town is rather small for Russia (its population is a bit more than 90 thousands), so there can be those old small wooden houses left (like country houses)... if so, the address seems to be correct.

Now about the NAME. It's definitely NOT right. "Yulyia" is a usual female name here, and "Yulenka" is just a familiar variant of this first name... like "John and Johnny", "Jennifer and Jen, Jennie"... a diminutive.

However, it doesn't prove that the girl is not real, even if she didn't give her full address and second name - there could be many reasons for not doing that...

Whatever - use caution...

The address sounds a bit strange. Generally, Russians (especially outside of Moscow and Petersburg) live in blocks of flats so their address has two numbers, the number of the block (in Russian 'dom', ie. D53) and then the number of the flat (in Russian 'kvartira', ie. K8). Every Russian town has a Lenin Street (Lenina Ulitsa) so that could be true but often they are like a high street with shops rather than flats.
Thinking about it, the name doesn't look right either. If this is some internet dating site, proceed with extreme caution.
