Will a communist systen be reinstated in russia! if so, when? |
Travel Info people seem to be getting tired of the way things are now Travel Tips Contrary to what many people think, Russia is not planning to return to a communist state any time soon. 鈺? Others Nobody seems to be announcing such a development. Can't you think up a hard question? The first issue is that Russia never really had a communist system although that is what they chose to call it. The reality was that a totalitarian and absolute monarchy was replaced by another totalitarian and absolute government which was no longer hereditary. The Tsar was deposed, weak and ineffectual councils were introduced until Stalin effectively became the new Tsar of Russia and exerted absolute power. Before the revolution individuals had no ability to control there own lives and after the revolution the situation was the same. This system collapsed in 1990 and nothing existed to take it's place so control went to whoever had power, in this case it was control by the most violent and ruthless. Initially this was the small time Russian criminals who were collectively referred to as the Russian Mafia although this is somewhat misleading as it implies some sort of organization and structure whereas none really existed. These small isolated groups exerted huge influence by the use of violence until a process of evolution removed them and replaced them with a better organized violent organization largely based on the Russian police forces. Since the year 2000 this system has again been changing with the emergance of a more centralized and politically organized power base under President Putin. The current move in Russia seems to be to use legislation to favour large corporations which can be more easily influenced / controlled from the centre. Small business and individual enterprise are swamped by regulation and surplanted by big corporations to gain some sort of central control. You can see in the streets of Russia now that the small kiosks, independent small shops and small businesses are all disappearing to be replaced by branches of large organisations. This is developing into a two class system where to survive within the official system you need to be part of a big organization with strong links to the central political power base and the unofficial system of illegal or semi-legal enterprises controlled (or at least financially accountable)to the police. To me it looks like the central control system will gradually squeeze out the illegal elements, or at least reduce them in significance, and that a return to a slightly different system of central control will fall into place. It won't be communism but it will be a Tsar by a different name in just the same way that communism was. When will it happen? President Putin's term of office finishes in a couple of years and the constitution does not allow him to stand again so I suspect that in the next couple of years things will be rearranged in such a way that he and his group can retain and consolidate power. The problem is that there is no effective alternative and in many ways what is happening now is better than the anarchy of the 1990's. Just my personal opinion from reading history but that is what answers is all about. NOPE!!!...we tierd of communists...we will never rebuild it......70% of Russia hate communists...90% of russians hate american political dolls wich want to rob our country....like jew Berezovskiy.......or japanian lady Khakamada it`s not possible http://www.nemtyrev.narod.ru |
