Visa for visiting Russia?

I am Singaporean working in China. Planning to visit Russia next month. Do I need a VISA? How do I get one in China? How much will it cost for multiple entry as I plan to visit Prague as well.

So you can visit illigel ,like immigrants from China..or wait for visa near 2 weeks or month,so to Czehian repablic you must have too visa,but it must be longer.....how i think....look it in the google search....
