I might be called baissed as I am married to one. In general I really like them,but of course it is all depending on the individual.
If we are talking about all Russian girls = 100%
then I'd say there's 80% positive, 20% negative.

The positives: Pretty, Well-groomed, smart, cute and sexy.
The negatives: gold-diggers, professional daters, unfaithful.
THEY ARE HOT! ;)
