How hard is it to get a VISA from russia? |
Travel Info I am writing to a couple of russian women and they state that they can come here to this country...relatively easy....is this true? Travel Tips No ,it really is not easy to get a visa she would have to apply at the US consulate and you would have to send her an invitation letter. Even then she may have a difficult time getting a visa. Generally the US consulate has a couple of requirement before issuing visas. While it is not impossible for her to get one without any of these it is very difficult. 1) Money in the bank or owns property. 2) Family ties. IE. Children 3) Great job. The fee for the visa is 100 dollars. The other visa is a K1 visa for marriage. But before you are going to get one of them you will have to go there and meet her in person. Be careful of the women you meet on line because there are scams out there. Here are a couple of thing to watch for 1) Did you meet her on match or yahoo personals or any site that requires a credit card to join. The reason is credit cards are not very popular in Russia. Very few people use them because cash is the primary method of payment. 2) Are the letters general. 3) Does she answer your questions with detail or are the answers general. 4) Does she ask you for money? If you are a citizen of the EU, don't believe it. Getting a Schengen tourist visa usually requires that one person (YOU!) pays a deposit in the general neighborhood of 1000 EUR and agrees to be held liable for all expenses incurred by the person coming to visit you. Russian women and dating online ... Sigh. Thats a story in itself. Lots of crap happening there. Whatever you do, don't send any money! sure very easy a) they will ask you to pay 250 $ for papers b) 1200 $ for visa 3) 250 $ for heating and electricity and ticket 4) 650 $ for tiket and then you will never see them again see how easy you get a visa be carful friend it`s easy just your friend has to OVIR http://www.nemtyrev.narod.ru |
